        Ordered dinner for the family tonight. They accidentally sent us a pizza that didn't belong to us and forgot one we did order. No problem, easy mix-up. They cooked us up a fresh one and got it delivered for us in pretty quick time. Happy with the way they dealt with the issue.

        My second time in about three months. There's no organization and no attention to detail. I like so many ordered the special. It wasn't ready at the time it said it would. People were standing around trying to figure out what was going on. At least one of the staff could have tried to assist the lobby in order to get people their food. Same terrible experience from the past time

        They really need to stop hiring these trailor trash and hood people, because I had the worst experience ever at this location. Waited for about an hour because one idiot dropped my pizza on the floor. So I had to wait for it. It was finally ready, but my online order, I asked for extra cheese. Had to wait another 30-45 minutes. Took freaking long for it. They acted like that I wasn't even there. I won't be going back there anymore and that's a shame and disgrace that customer service has gone to hell
