Had my first appointment last week. I found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful. Dr. Seratto is a straightforward to the point kind of man. I liked that, not mincing words or wasting time with likely scenarios. Very knowledgeable doctor. He answered all my questions and explained everything in laymans terms. His diagnosis and treatment plan have given me the much needed pain relief I have desperately needed, as well as the most restful and pain free nights in months. So grateful I was referred to him.

Went there for years but when I broke my foot had to go to the hospital and they gave me something different than them and they refused to see me anymore cause I felled my drug screen and that because the hospital gave me a different medicine and I showed them the paperwork and they refused to see me again and that was the first time of me felling my drug screen they did not tell me I could not take medicine that the hospital gave me they sucks

You have to deal with totally random incompetent people! It take 1-2 hours after your appointment for the prescription nurse to send it to your pharmacy! They really need to look at they treat the older patients!!!!

My 87 year old mom went there and after a 40 minute wait seen the doctor and was told he would call her prescription into her pharmacy, he did not. I have called 3times this past week and was told someone would call me back, they didn't. MO day it will be a week she has been in tears cause we can't get her meds And this isn't the 1st time this has happened

Went there till I got out of the service in 2013. Just got a referral to go back for a bulging disk and nerve blocks for neck . All they wanted to know is why I quit going in 2013 . Like it hurt their feelings. Did not ask for pain meds was told several times they wasn't give me any . Did not want them . All Dr sotto did was ask why I left in 2013 , and what do I want him to do . Long story short he finally decided to order a procedure on my back never heard back from them . Hopefully I can find another Dr . Want be back to him . Obviously he has to much buisness handing out prescription.
