I DO NOT recommend this place to fix anyones phone. The first Guy was very dishonest! They didnt have the Samsung screen in stock that my husband needed. We were quoted a price for an original screen & a price for a refurbished screen. My husband chose the original screen at $150, was told to pick it up on Tuesday. They didnt call as promised on Tuesday so on Wednesday we went to pick up his phone. There was a different guy there & he said the screen can in a day later, which was fine. He shows my husband his new screen & there was a sticker on it that said REFURBISHED!!!! My husband was sure to tell the first guy do not put a refurbished screen on his phone. So basically he had my husband pay for a new screen just to order him a refurbished one. When they did fix my husbands phone, another guy put deep scratches in the back of his phone & didnt say anything about it when my husband came, he just put the case over it. Luckily husband took the case off in the store & saw the damages. The guy gives an excuse of the adhesive was too strong, I can order you another back. If yall damage someones phone why not order the piece immediately instead of trying to cover it up. These people are horrible & theyll never get our business again.
