If you are in the Columbus area I would highly recommend Kelly Johnson as your realtor. I am in the Atlanta area and needed a realtor to sell some estate property so I just googled realtors in the Columbus area and by chance picked Kelly. That was a lucky pick for me because she helped me sell a nightmare of a property. I had people that had to be evicted and re-evicted and title issues and EPA issues and the list goes on. She was helpful and patient in every aspect. She kept me informed as things moved along and answered every question I had promptly. I can't say enough good things about her! Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly is ideal for any investor who needs local expertise and guidance. I was able to make informed decisions through access to her network and she also has the knowledge that answered all my questions and concerns along the way. As I reflect on this accomplishment, I'm reminded of how my faith has been tested, as also a scripture comes to mind ( Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth) there were several day; where I could not be still, may have even frustrated my agent with my million questions. But in the process Kelly Johnson always stayed professional, and her team, worked diligently to help me find peace in the process. Even while on vacation, she worked on my behalf. Kelly is an absolutely amazing real estate agent. She went above and beyond helping me fix up and sell my house. I am an out of state veteran, and she helped me in every aspect of what it takes to sell a home. From identifying and fixing major and minor issues and knowing the right people (contractors) to get it done, to cleaning and taking professional photos and list the house, she did it all. It couldnt have gone smoother for me, and I am beyond grateful to have found her. She is amazing and 10/10 recommend to anybody. Thank you Kelly for all that you did and do.

Kelly Johnson is a realtor who serves her clients well. She recently handled a tricky sale for my family. We were out of state owners in distress. The home needed quite a bit of work to get it ready to sell. She spent many hours and multiple trips coordinating everything from painting, to cleaning, plumbing repairs, roofing issues and flooring replacement, as well as the sale of personal items that had been left behind, just to name a few. The home received a half a dozen offers within days of listing it. She guided us every step of the way. We had hoped to break even with the sale and instead walked away with cash in hand. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and guidance. I interviewed three realtors and she was the third one. I dont think I could have made a better choice. Kelly knows her stuff and 100% puts her clients needs first. She is an experienced and knowledgeable professional.
