Was reached out to fairly quickly to verify my insurance, unfortunately it seemed the lady that called had no idea what she was doing and had idea about silver select plans said she was going to have someone call me back, that was a month and half ago at least, Ive tried calling back with no success. Really disappointed

Updating to add that I was contacted after this review to get my son scheduled. However, we will be scheduling elsewhere. I've tried to schedule my son 2 times now. We have top of the line insurance. But they wouldn't see him the first time because we had 2 insurances and they didn't accept his secondary, therefore wouldn't schedule. So after we dropped the secondary insurance I reached out to schedule. They called me and I couldn't talk at the time so I gave a call back a couple days later. This time they couldn't schedule him because the provider that sees his age is 'closed'. Their schedule is completely closed. Definitely don't recommend because you can't get through their hoops anyways.
