My 4 month old son is a patient at this clinic. In person wellness exams have been terrific. They actually caught a critical illness at his 4 day well exam and directed us to go to the pediatric ER immediately. He then spent 2 weeks in the PICU. I will forever be grateful they caught the signs early. The providers, nursing staff, and receptionists have all been extremely caring and thorough in person. However, their phone service is, frankly, poor. I have put in several phone calls that go unreturned. The calls Ive put in are asking for basic nurse advice for simple questions as I am a first time mother. Its unfortunate, but I am now seeking a new pediatrician for my baby.

Medical side is fine, will never do dentistry here again. Took me a long time to save up many hundreds of dollars to get a partial denture made and to get an existing denture repaired. Was a complete waste of all that money and time. Not only was my repair not done, but they did an unnecessary re lining which made my existing dentures worse. And after many visits, impressions, and months passing, the bottom dentures also don't fit correctly and I sound like I have a speech impedement with them in. There is so much space between the denture and my gums that I can fit my tongue between them. They offered to try again and fix all the mistakes, but given how bad it all came out this time, It's not worth having them try again. Very nice people to work with, but the quality of workmanship just isn't there. Will have to save up money all over again and go somewhere else.
