        Dr ulmer and especially her nurse are amazing. Their care has made a difference and I look forward to my visits. How many people say they like going to the doctor? Not many I guess. I do and its because of the caring doctor and her nurse.

        I cant make an appointment. I sit on hold for 15+ minutes to then be connected to a haggard sounding voice telling me I am to be transferred to the new patient hotline. No one picks up, leave a voicemail for someone to contact in 72 hours. Then I miss that call, they leave a message to call directly only to be put back on the line for new patients and no one picks up. Another voicemail has to be left. This loop is endless. Save your time and go somewhere else.
