        This is an odd company. Their firearms are first class, just a little expensive. Five stars for their product. Their customer service rates only one star. They offer a rebate but put onerous conditions on the benefits. They sell off their website but takes weeks to get it shipped. I am unsure what the future will bring. The customer service is so poor that I may not by a fourth HK firearm. Their products are all excellent. It just isn't worth the trouble.

        Absolutely amazing company. I picked up an SP5 pistol yesterday and it was unfortunately missing the sling that ships standard with the gun. Called these guys and inside of 5 minutes they started a replacement order and were generous enough to throw in a free magazine. Way to go HK!
