Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park

This was the most horrible experience I have had with Choice. The fire alarm went off at 10:30pm , fire department came out no issues found but for whatever reason the alarm is still blaring and its 1:15am. I called customer service with the response that the hotel will refund me ( 3-5 businesses days of course) but I would have to pay to stay at another hotel .. make this make sense Choice .. Im traveling with a 2 year old and this was(is) unacceptable not only that the night auditor can not issue refunds it will have to be done by management in the morning

It was good, my kids enjoyed the pool even tho it was cold and it was supposed to be heated. Rooms: Everything was good except of the shower water was cold after two minutes. When I checked in I ask the front desk clerk about the water temperature because I've seen other reviews with this same issue. She assured me that the water temperature was fine and she has never heard of the issue and have been working there for sometime. The reviews were correct and I don't understand why she didn't know. If they fixed that my experience would've been perfect! I hate cold showers

This place is a complete dumpster. Young kids smoking weed in the stairwell and outside. The pipes in the ceiling was leaking had five gallon buckets to catch water also the room doors was falling apart the mini was nasty around door seal this place needs but management.

Rooms: Room was fine except for the TV. This was the second time we've stayed here and both times it was so blurry.
