        I have owned my house for just over a year now. He was chosen by my realtor. He missed several flaws in the home, like a cracked foundation from the house sliding down the hill but never mentioned in the report. He also said I needed a new roof when all I actually needed was for it to have the pipes resealed. Strongly recommend you take your money somewhere else.

        Wouldn't trust him ever again. Has cost us over ten thousand in repairs on which he missed. Not only that but we had to buy a new roof and he said it was a 30-year roof. Tried to talk to him about the inspection report he stated his hard drive crashed he can't look at it. Yeah, thanks. Don't trust him.

        Just used Gregg for a home inspection. He did a good job of educating us on repairs and replacement issues concerning the house. He also recommended ways to potentially fix certain issues.
