Do not buy a Evermore Home unless you want endless issues! We bought a new build and have had issue after issue. Mold, improper site grading, and drainage / washout issues just to name a few. The homes look nice but they cut corners and have extremely poor build quality.

Prior reviews of this builder are accurate. There is no internet, nor are there any plans to provide internet in this builder's Sutherland subdivision. Prior to closing on my house with them, they lied and told me that there is internet service available. I would not recommend them to anyone, and will be pursuing legal action against them. I would advise anyone impacted by their fraudulent behavior to also consider taking legal action.
