You stay on the phone waiting forever to speak with someone! It takes them forever to give you an answer. They are definitely not customer oriented. Use another branch if at all possible!

Instead of being accessible and open on Saturdays, extorted me for $100 to open outside of business hours for an already over priced part. You are not in a rich community.  Taking advantage of the poor in time of need is a no no.  No thank you.

Went in the store a few weeks ago. One employee was on the phone the other looked like he was checking prices. Neither acknowledged me. After a few minutes the one checking prices went behind the counter and turned the radio down still not acknowledging me or looking in my direction. After the one got off the phone ha finally asked me what I wanted. I explained to him a friend wanted to buy a new AC and could he give me a price. He said I couldn't because I wasn't licensed. The other clerk said it was because it was against the law for him to give me a price. I then left the store. When I got home I called the store and asked to speak to a manager or someone above him. He said he was the manager and there is No one above him. He then told me I could Google the price. I asked him if that was against the law why would it be on the internet. He then told me 6,000 dollars. I then ended the conversation. This brings me to a couple of choices. Either they were racist or they just didn't care. Called corporate office and talked to receptionist. She said someone would. Call me. Haven't got the call yet. Couldn't rate below 1
