      image After Being a Loyal Customer for several years, I got charged full price for a display item. I also needed to make a warranty claim on a mattress and was told the warranty was void because I did not purchase the box spring which was not told to me at the time of purchase as i have a platform bed. (But was forced to purchase the mattress protector because if I didn't the warranty would be void although it was already that because of the boxspring situation. One Mattress is only 2 years old and sunken in. And I have one king mattress where the foam is separating. Although everyone in there is amazingly sweet, these two things I can not get past.
