The workers there are super friendly and helpful. The workers also have a great attitude which made my visit to their store all the more better. The store has great items that are really cute. It was an overall wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back in the future 😊

Emily you wrote it under Icing store but the incident happen in Claires. i am really sorry to hear that with you Earpiercing and i wish i could take care about it. I am since end of June the Store Manager in Icing and what i can say is i care a lot of my customers and try to make them happy. I hope you will stop by in my Store in the future.

This store has always been one of my daughter's favorites. Pilar is just awesome. She talks to us as if she has known us for year's. I like that she treats everyone else the same. The store is always clean and very welcoming and you just can't get better customer service. Keep up the good work.
