Dr. Edward W. Hamilton Jr, DO

I called to schedule an appointment as they show to be my pcp doctor on my insurance card and was told that because I have missed two appointments before over the past year, they refuse to see me. I had COVID and was sick so I canceled my last appointment which was a preventative annual check up in March 2023 and bc I didnt want to get anyone else sick and canceled my appointment I am now being completely refused as a patient. The lady said that I need to call my insurance carrier and have them change pcps. This is very unacceptable! I have never been turned away from a doctor for care!

Took my grandmother to her doctors appointment and I dont like the energy the women have at the front desk. They seem like they do not want be bothered and is very rude. The doctor seems to never actually put information in the system, just very unprofessional , how can u loose information you too down, and staff just seem cold and rude.

I just picked up this doctor as my pcp. All I will say is the staffs like the one at Elite Family Medicine could learn a thing or two from Dr Hamiltons staff. Dr Hamiltons staff go above and beyond to take care of his patients and it has been a blessing in disguise since becoming one of his patients. His staff is very attentive and they follow thru with what they state they will do. Life is so much better now. Top notch staff right here and Im very appreciative for their great efforts and professionalism!
