Where do I start... This was one of the most efficient, polite, reasonable and productive transactions I've experienced in a very long time. The team at Jackarse Rentals really made an impression so I'm writing this review. The equipment was in immaculate condition practically brand new and clean. Steven shows up and explains how to use equipment and what to use it for. I had an issue (user error) he showed up and fixed it.
They're service was so responsive I felt like I was their only customer and that goes a long way and speaks volumes to their desire to keep the customer happy. They're a locally owned small business thats run by real down to earth folks like me and I hope that others can model some of their attributes.

Hands-down these are the best guys you could possibly deal with when it comes to any kind of rental equipment theyre completely transparent nothing hidden straight up with you and what they say is what they mean a big shout out to Jack Arse Rentals . Thank yall Ill be calling yall again.

Make sure to get with Stephen! Great guy, great company and great equipment. They keep their equipment up really well and overall was a great experience with them!!
