        Reserved a chipper from the lagrange ga. Store day of pick up they had no equipment for me. Cost me a lot of time and money for nothing. But after reaching out higher up in mgt I realized this is an issue that goes all the way to the top. It’s been 3 days and still waiting for a return call from upper mgt. don’t waste your time or money with them. Use United rental or Herc rental in lagrange

        Left me on hold 14 minutes total today...will not be renting from them at this location. I do commercial construction on military bases all over the Southeast...never had this problem anywhere else. United rentals, here I come!!
