You are better off using google maps, as it seems they cannot properly measure correct property stakage. In my case a neighbor illegally moved stakes, and when advised of this, they still went with the inproper stakes and were off 5'. Because of this i now have to go through court process, which they ,of course ,are not reponsible for. Found out why neighbor used this surveyor, because she knew the men that would be doing the survey, and realized they would do her bidding instead of a legal/ professional job. Recommend you run for the hills and not use this company unless you are a criminal. Will be suing for millions
