Dimon Elementary Magnet Academy

My child has only been attending this school for a little less than a month. I must say why I respect rules, I am not pleased that I can not walk my child to class. I have notice that it's hard to get in touch with any of the teachers or staff after the enrollment process. The only way I'm able to get a response is by email. Not to mention they don't ID anyone picking up your child outside the parent. I am very alarmed about this action. I take my child's safety and education very serious. I have yet to receive information on tutoring that would be offered to my baby even after requesting this info. Every child is different and require different things in order to succeed. So far, I do not like this school. Honest, I'm not sure if I would recommend this elementary for younger kids (up to 6).

I would give 0 stars to this school. No concern in helping children who are a little behind in understanding the material taught. They need to offer tuttoring and better resources for childrens reading.
