Almost a year after I canceled their dry cleaning service they still keep billing me monthly. I've called at least 5 times and visited their store and they still won't get it fixed. I don't know if this is their scam or if they're just sloppy, I only get transfers and voicemails. Service: Delivery

great service but alittle pricey for wash and fold.... 1.50 a pound they do offer a 25%off for first time customers though.. very friendly staff

I dropped a wedding dress off on a Friday to be cleaned. Monday I got a call saying that I wasnt advised of a few things so we went over them. I was told I would get a call by the end of the day with an update. I never got a call so I tried calling back several times on Tuesday. I either never got through to anyone or when someone did answer they said they didnt know what was going on but would let someone know and Id get a call back. Never got a call back. I was originally supposed to pick it up on Wednesday so after not hearing anything back and repeated phone calls going unanswered, I went by and was told my stuff hadnt been brought back and they couldnt look to see where it was or when it would be done, but was given another number to call. After calling multiple times, eventually someone answers and says I should be able to pick my stuff up on Thursday. I didnt get a call until Friday at closing time that my dress was ready to be picked up. She did offer to stay a little late so I could come pick it up late which was nice. I told her I would pick it up Saturday morning so she didnt have to stay late. I picked it up Saturday, barely on the hanger, without the garment bag that it was dropped off with, and was told that the dress just wasnt returned with the bag. It was also $270. Not a good experience, will not return.
