Laura Frances is a cheerful person and very likeable. Also, she possesses the knowledge to do her job in a professional and outstanding manner. I love to refer others to this practice as I've experienced several of the personnel there and all of them make one feel welcome and that they're in the right place for their dermatological needs.

I have never visited a more professionally ran practice. Being able to fill out all new patient paperwork on line saves tons of time. From the first time I entered, until checkout, the experience was exceptional. Laura was able to examine the issue and prescribe the necessary treatments. Wait time was at a minimum. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking treatment.

Terrible experience with PA Laura Frances!! Very unprofessional and condescending. Sadly b/c the rest of the employees were very kind and professional. I should have looked at her reviews before scheduling, as she has a history of being unprofessional and why she was fired from another practice. I would not recommend her to anyone.
