I would give this company negative stars if it was an option! The customer service is s***! They didnt deliver our package because my husband missed their phone call. All they had to do was leave the box at the house, no installation needed because it was car parts. The lady called my husband the next day, and she had a very unfriendly attitude, it was as if he had somehow offended her. She snappily told him that they could attempt delivery again a week from then AND if he missed the phone call they would not leave the package and they would ship it back to the sender. I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again. Ive dealt with many freight delivery companies that have done amazing work, but this company is not it.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because there's not an option for 0. The driver is very unprofessional and very rude. Large load that he refused to put by the steps. I was informed he wasn't moving the pallet another inch. He is the definition of lazy!!

Horrible company, no call no show twice on a fridge delivery. I have to go to Home Depot and ask them to call and reschedule multiple times because they brought a fridge with an enormous gash in it. Would never use if possible.
