Purchase a vehicle there and for most part the experience was ok. My salesman was a Friendly employee but there's a couple of things that I'm not pleased with. The vehicle I purchased had a defective part with the Cup holder cooler and heater ( Stated someone would call to set a appointment to fix but never received a call). Then when I went to get my vehicle registered I had to pay 980 dollars because they put the wrong sales tax in the purchase. When I went back up there to get it fixed, the Sales manager stated there was nothing they could do because the purchase was final. So my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Columbus was not the best but was not the worse. This will not happen again.

I cant say enough positive things about Mercedes of Columbus. Kennedy and Earnest were incredible . The day I picked up the car Earnest handled everything and was great and the day before Kennedy had to deal with me texting her so many questions and concerns and she answered everything and put my mind at ease . Mercedes of Columbus was an hour and a half from my house and I absolutely next time I purchase a vehicle will drive that hour and a half back to their dealership due to there incredible service.
