It is a good bank. I have never noticed a bad attitude from the employees. I dealt with several of them and all of them were always very friendly and attentive. Truist has everything you need in a modern bank. If you come to Columbus I recommend Truist or Synovus.

I work 8 to 5 Monday-friday.....how am I supposed to open a checking account or even cash my check when your website will NOT work....and you close at the same time most people get off work....makes no since and a complete hassle to pay my bills like this.

I have been a customer with this bank since 1975, in the way this rollout is going and the unavailability to talk to anybody about it is going to make me a Synovus customer fairly quickly. This rollout in transition to Truist is the worst experience Ive ever had with this bank. 2/21 new debit card doesnt work, locked out of my account, has my phone contact info switched from mobile apt and iPad version, so you could say Im not happy. Spent 45+ mins on the phone and was cut off, tried a 2nd time same thing, tried to go back on line and it said server could not be found.
