Im giving Carlos five stars because he did a good job of ripping me out of $400 and I had to call the police to get my money back after he promised to sell me a car in return I give him $400 .The day I was supposed to go to his office to go sign for the title he doesnt answer his phone and thats when I call the police. The police arrived and Carlos arrives One hour after closing time.Carlos lies to the police and tell them that he sold my car because someone beat me to the purchase and that he was going to put me in a different car. The police made Carlos giveme my money back and to this day he is continuing ripping people off but I got my $400 back.Im giving him five stars because hes has the balls to rip off so many people and stay in business and I think its Pretty funny maybe even hilarious
