I have used Maaco twice in the last six months for body work. Drew was my main contact person, and he was kind, polite, and explained the options clearly. He gave me a detailed estimate both times, and there were no surprise charges. My first job was covered by insurance, and the second was not. The one covered by insurance took about 5 extra minutes for the completion of paperwork. Intake, including inspection and estimation, took 15 minutes max. On both occasions, Maaco provided a ride to the car rental agency. Most importantly, my car looked factory-fresh when each job was completed. The replaced parts did not stick out in any way. The original job included a complete paint job. The second job included a partial paint job, and there is no perceptible difference between the old and new. Every employee, from the manager and front desk clerk to the cleaning crew and technicians were all polite to me. I would recommend Maaco to anyone needing bodywork or a paint job.
