I was hit from behind by a dump truck in 2016. My original attorney referred me to Litner & Deganian once my case moved to the litigation phase. From my initial consultation with them they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I worked with Dave Rohwedder for my case and he was wonderful. My husband, a friend and myself were involved in a head on, roll over collision last December. We were all 3 seriously injured. After we got out of the hospital & rehab several friends & family members urged us to talk to a lawyer, if for nothing more than advice. We had no clue who to call. I was in a situation where I felt helpless and unsure after a car accident. I attempted to receive care on my own, and ended up at a Chiropractors office where a lawyer was recommended to me by the staff. Long story short, that particular lawyer did not even specialize in personal injury. I could not believe that I was stuck with such a lawyer. Litner and Deganian made it clear that my care came first and then we would discuss everything else. They checked on me consistently asking me if I was okay and if I needed to receive any other care.
