        My mother is in Memory Care and has fallen 7 times! (that I know of). (Since Sept 2020.). They always send her to the ER by ambulance. Their policy. She always comes right back after 3 to 4 hours, on the same day. We are getting numerous Ambulance bills from this. Why is she always falling?? Dont they assist these residents when they get up from a seated position, or when they are taken out of bed? Dont they assist in the walk to the bathroom? The Executive Director has many years of experience, but Im not sure if she really knows what is going on in the Memory Care Unit. There is just one lady who I see when I visit my mom, who appears to care and assist. The others are there to just get a paycheck, in my opinion. Large turnover of staff too. I honestly do not like leaving negative reviews, but the falling is utterly ridiculous.
