Scott was awesome to work worth. Hes very knowledgeable and helped me to understand depreciation with my new rental property. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their taxes. And he was cheaper and WAY better than my experience with H&R Block.

I requested an appointment and had several needs. Their comment field on the electronic appointment request is limited, so I could not list all of my needs. He apparently couldnt help with my first request, so he cancelled the appointment. I rescheduled electronically and he canceled again (electronically stating that he couldnt help me). I needed several other tax related services that would have generated a good residual revenue throughout the year for this firm. But Scott just kept canceling and would not get on the phone. Im in sales, and I never pass up the opportunity to speak with a client, even if I cant assist with one need, they may have others that I can support. I stay hungry and humble and have service as my mission. I guess this firm isnt hungry enough!! Consider reading your own values on your About page. Yes, you were responsive - you quickly canceled. I gladly would have paid you in advance for your time.

It is a pleasure to work with Scott. This is my second year working with him. He is personable, fast, and courteous. He takes the hassle out of my finding time to do my own taxes and is current on the new tax laws.
