        My vehicle broke down and would not crank. Thank goodness I got there number from a friend. They came out and picked my vehicle up and delivered it to the agreed destination. Amazing customer service from the lady on the phone when talking to me about my vehicle. Awesome job from the driver whom picked up my vehicle and got it to the agreed destination. Not a bad deal on pricing either. No complaints from me. Thank y'all and be careful out there on those roads. Service: Car towing

        The gentleman that came out to assist me with getting my car towed to a shop was great. On time, called to check in with us and very nice. Im happy to have used them and recommend them to anyone that needs their services. Services: Car towing, Local hauling

        At 9:36 am roadside assistance stated service provider would arrive between 120-130 minutes. At 11:57 am truck had still not arrived. Roadside assistance provided update at 12:02 pm that ETA time revised with a new ETA 60 minutes (1:02 pm). Timing revised again at 1:26 pm as the truck had still not arrived, 15 ETA. At 2:02 pm updated ETA 0 minutes....3 minutes later notification that service provider can no longer provide service. Note: I personally contacted the tow truck company 1:03 pm, operator was going to call the driver to determine the issue and call me back.....no return call. Received a call from the roadside assistance operator after the notification service could not be provided stating they were not able to get in contact with the service provider. Frustrating experience.

      Pretty sad that at your age you don’t know that you are not to supposed park in handicap parking spaces or in the crossed out area between 2 handicap parking spaces. Even though it is clearly marked that it is a tow away zone you parked there anyway. This is NOT a racket it’s common sense on your part that you fail to have any. You also have a contract with the complex that you sign that your car will be towed away if you fail to comply with the parking rules. Dawson County is one of the main sources that calls us out to that complex so maybe you should get your information correct and learn what a handicap space and a fire lane is. I’m sorry that you feel that you have been wronged by your own stupidity. Park in the no parking zones again and Dawson county will have us out there again and we will tow it again. Also acting like a child slamming our office door and spinning tires in our parking lot is also such a public display of your maturity level especially at your age. The worst part is that you are slamming a small business for following the rules and the laws of the state. So pardon me for NOT feeling bad for you for being an idiot! So to reiterate I would love to see you again so we can get paid for your ignorance. It’s a pleasure doing business with you! Sincerely the not so blonde owner of the company that impounded your car.
