        They were busy and the Second stylist quit the night before...she handled it beautifully

        Under staffed. Online check in was a joke. Showed up at appointed time and was told it would be an hour wait. One employee that obviously didnt want customers showing up. Wont be back.

        The two ladies working the afternoon of 2/22/24 were very ugly with us. We've taken our 2 year old son here several times and he has always been allowed to sit in our lap to get his haircut. We walked in and told them we wanted his haircut. There was about a 25 minute wait which we were fine with. They never mentioned he couldn't sit in our lap until it was our turn. Why would that not be said up front? And they claimed it was a law that he couldn't sit in our lap. Will not being going back.

        Very inexperienced with cutting hair. Hair was uneven after the cut. This is by far the worst great clips I've been too.
