Had such an amazing experience with Beth at Cleveland Florist. She was so well educated and knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding. Easy to talk to and I just really appreciated her personality and the way she handled things. I would absolutely recommend Cleveland Florist and look forward to using their services again in the near future.

Wonderful asset to the community. For a company that went so far above and beyond for a complete stranger is God sent. We had ordered an arrangement for my brother in law on 1/5/23 to be delivered on 1/6/23 as the service was going to be held on 1/7/23. I had called the funeral home on 1/6/23 still no arrangement called again on the morning of 1/7/23 still no arrangement. I called Cleveland Florist in a panic. The sweet lady that answered the phone probably thought this is a crazy lady on the other end of the phone but I was desperate! she told me that another lady did the sprays that we needed however she was off today. I almost started to cry and the sweet lady said but she might come in and help you out you will just been to call her. So I dialed the number and reached the lady I needed to beg to get me a spray in 2 hours. To my total shock Cleveland Florist pulled in right behind us with the most beautiful spray of red roses. A tear ran down my face as somehow the universe really called in all the angles and the spray of red roses stood beside my brother-in-laws ashes and everyone commented how beautiful the spray was. Thank you Cleveland Florist for taking care of your community and your customers.
