Yonah Mountain Dentistry - Dr. Amir Ghalehgol

I am a new patient with Dr. G & his office. I am a big baby when it comes to dental work. He & Marisa calmed my fears immediately. They talk to you & walk you through everything. They treat you like a person who matters, not another file/face. Cannot recommend this office enough. So thankful to have found them.

My experience here was very unprofessional. Not only was I told my plan was covered over the phone before setting the appointment and taking off of work for this appointment, I came in early and then was told (after leaving work and driving 30 minutes to this place) that they couldnt find my coverage. I call my provider, they say that my plan is active, the woman behind the desk swears its not. So without filling all the paperwork, I ask her to throw my paperwork away. Now I come back in after having a brief conversation with my wife, and she has the clip board with my prefilled information ready to hand to the next customer. Not only have they violated HIPPA standards and regulations, but completely unprofessional in that the lady was not calling my provider to see about my coverage. I had to pay a reschedule fee due to their negligence, of course in which I refused to pay, but to have the audacity to even ask that of me I do not recommend this place as even a place of practice, and highly recommend using somewhere wholl keep your personal information safe
