Moved to area, Visited office while looking for propertyand/or land w/ a house. Had seen a listing we were VERY Interested in. Talk to the guy on duty. Said hed show us the property, he worked closely with he listing agent. We went to look.AFTER he decided he COULD go ahead now, and take his lunch later.. Not real comfortable with a different agent showing another listing, I asked if he could contact her, and see when she could meet us. He did, and after listing All The things she wanted to get done (kids, church, groceries, lunch with a friend, so forth, FIRST!!!!!!!! She decided on a time.TOMORROW! He told us, shed planned to take it easy, catch up on things socially, and run errands this week. Butshe COULD work us in, since we needed to l move on something! (We found out laterhe was her husband! ) While out to see the properties..she stopped fur gas. It was uncomfortably OBVIOUS, She was WELL-KNOWN within that location. 6 hugs from gentlemen just getting fas! Afterwards..Insisting on getting us all a milkshake.(we were left to sit with ourselves. While she (THEN) caught up in her social life! When she DID return, we had a couple questions. See gave us her card..and said, ..if you a any questionsjust shoot me a note and Ill get right back to you with any information you may have! She RUSHED us back to the office, said she needed to get he kids, but if there was something else we wanted to seesomeone inside, would be able to help us. (Thinking.shed go in with us,..we got out, closed the doors, she DUG OUT & drove away.) We started looking for a realtor who was interested in helping us, not query about catching up on Her social life, and could refrain from hair flipping, seeing herself in the mirrors.. Checking makeupthe. Hurry away for the kids. . ?!??? We found out Rabun has some GREAT realtors .they just arent here!!!! They ARE NOT her , or her sneaky, weasel/husband. ?!?!????!? Reply to Sandi. Thank you fir a very kind acknowledgment and an offer to help us (in a PROFESSIONAL manner!) its a shame your agents arent driven like you are! IF..Id know you thenId have been in to see you. But with the service we hadwe had ZERO intentions of EVER coming back there for assistance of any kind A short time later (40 min-1 hour, wed stopped for dinner.) a person in there recommended a company/agent to us. We called, they were out with others. But the office took bc a message. They called us back Im just under an hour, let us, (stayed overtime) to carry us ti 4 different properties, one with a creek, beautiful Mtn views, good acreage great neighborsmet 3 that day. The agent took Their time with us. Made a couple calls to verify our questions info. We were SO pleased. Made an offer, the owner drove out to meet us, discussed he property. Price, knew the agent. Accepted our offer on the spot. THENthe seller, took us & The agent to dinner, his treat. It was all like family. We close this Friday. Thank you for your kindness, and I wish you MUCH success in finding agents to help you, that care and respond the way you do! Your dedication is VERY obvious, its sad that theres people like those agents representing the company like they did. When it could be a great office with hard working, dedicated individuals being there, to assistthe way you certainly seem to be willing to do. (It would have been a VERY nice commission them, butthey were too Rushed with other things, and too in demand for social appointments. If you had agents like yourself, helping clients, youd have an amazing business. I guess we wasnt dressed appropriately to seem like we had the money or ability to Make a deal like they weee interested in . But.the other agent/company didnt let that slow his dedication and I think hes glad he welcomed us.regardless. All the best to youand hopefully a staff to (SOON) represent your values!
