First time I used this dogwash wash approximately a couple months ago .....it was dirty but OK I was in a bind so I cleaned the wash basin and walls myself but still had to stand in a LOT of water . Went in today it was even filthier than last time including the caulking ng sealant on stainless steel not being cleaned over a long amount of time . A service like that needs to be tended to MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY to prevent skin infections etc . Just the amount of dog hair in their from multiple dogs and the stains on tub and walls is it inexcusable . Areas must be cleaned AND disinfected daily like a groomers office . I did purchase some needed dog products and ZERO effort on cashiers part after telling her to make sure manager knew . It wasn't priority . Good luck with your store

The employees are always really nice there and the girl who checked me out also helped me pick up all the heavy food bags and put them in my car, which was really thoughtful of her. Recently my husband came home with fencing that was incorrectly labeled and priced wrong and didnt notice until he got home, but the gentleman we spoke with on the phone upon noticing helped state the exchange for the right product went off without a hitch. This is a newer location: its organized, well-lit, and one of my staple spots to go on town runs. I appreciate them always making it so pleasant.
