        I caught the uhaul representative (Laura) trying to add a damage waiver that I did not ask for. I asked her to remove it and she did so without any incident, but I wonder if this is standard procedure for all customers. She also listed herself as "Zombie A" on the rental contract as if it's supposed to be humorous. Also the pickup truck I rented had low air pressure on the driver's side rear tire. My rental was a short distance in-town trip but for less attentive, long distance customers this could pose a safety risk. I had a positive experience with this location in the past, but this time it was less than average.
