        Very poor customer service. Wasted my time waiting to service here. They rescheduled me for a call back which never happened. Customer service is unsatisfactory.

        It seems like this office is now owned by another person. I've never experienced such horrible customer service and I've been coming here for several years. They've wasted my time and embarrassed me. I'm not going into detail, but I didn't feel like a valued customer at all. I'm never going back .

        I don't recommend this dentist. This practice change owners alot. Their always under construction. They closed down for almost a year, which mean my kids missed their routine cleaning. I went here years ago prior to my kids and the Dr pulled teeth that had no issues. Sounds like insurance fraud. I had to ask for the complimary tooth brushes for my kids after their visit. We will never go back.
