April 9th first update: I was attracted to this community because of the low rent of $1225 per month advertised online. I was shown many units and I do not understand why I do not qualify for a special or why they cannot offer me a unit with the special pricing?? Even still, apart from not returning emails or phone calls the customer service from the property manager DJ has been excellent when you show up in person with questions. He is one person and there are 198 units He was VERY patient and VERY professional answering all my questions an helping me select the unit that will become my new home. I move in 3 weeks and I will update my review then to let everybody know how the move-in process went.

NEGATIVE STARS.THESE apts are not all that.i wouldn't recommend these apts to someone.its really quite over here.KEN was a good leasing agent.THE APTS ARE REALLY NICE INSIDE AND OUT.THE ONLY THING WE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IS THE BUMPING FROM UPSTAIRS but we do understand when people have kids they are going to bump.BUT NO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS APTS. SINCE WE MOVED IN OUR BATHROOM HASN'T BEEN FIXED.WE HAVE BLACK MOLD IN OUR APTS IN A WHOLE IN THE CEILING THAT WAS DONE BY THEM BUT NOT FIXED .

From start to finish Glynis provided an exceptional experience and helped me find the perfect place just for me. I am so appreciative of the time she took and although she had to tend to other tenants and prospects alike, she made me feel nothing short of VIP! Thank you again Glynis! I love the community because it's quiet, clean, and people are respectful.
