        No dishwasher for over a year No screens on windows or door like the rest of complex Garage disposal leaking daily. Red mud soon as u walk to door They charge money to clean carpet You have to pay monthly for a screen door They think because its quite means no maintenance or concerns will be heard. No one emails, call or nothing from company like its ran by a robot. No human help

        The maintenance doesnt fix anything anymore, the office ignores the request, spiders, ants and bugs plague the back side apartments.
