    She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was unsure of selling because I have lived in my house for over 50 years it was my mothers house. I had a lot of great memories there. She reassured me that even the condition of my house she could sell it. My house sold very quickly and she told me how to prepare for the sell. All of the paper work was done smoothly and in a timely manner. She even found me a great place to stay while I was transitioning between homes.

    In her own words I do not work nights and I do not work weekends. These are the times and days most real estate is viewed. Aside from being a self reported only works when she wants versus what is in the best interest of the parties she is representing or interested buyers, I would like to share my personal experience. I prefaced an offer I made in writing by asking her up front in person is this a situation where the seller is open to all offers or are they going to be offended with an aggressive offer? Her reply was bring all offers. I tendered an offer and it was ignored for a week. It was only after I followed up a week later and managed to get a hold of her that she said the offer was too low. I tendered a second offer which was a cash offer and 50k higher than the first. This offer was in writing and she acknowledged receiving it. She stated she presented it to her seller and I should expect a counter offer. Three weeks went by and again she never followed up. No counter offer ever came, not so much as a text, call or email. I was concerned about whether she ever even presented my offer to the seller so with the help and with the advice of a well respected neighbor, I reached out to the owner directly simply to verify she presented my offer since she was MIA. She then quickly responded and told me the property was under contract to a higher bidder and apologized that it didnt work out. In addition she had the nerve to blame the lack of response on the owner for being slow to respond. Never any acknowledgment or apology for zero follow up or the common courtesy most any other person would give by saying another offer was received. I heard from others in her market she was difficult to deal with but gave her the benefit of the doubt twice. This woman was not professional and caused me to miss out on other opportunities in a crazy market by ignoring me and then telling me a counter was coming only to never follow through. I will never look at another listing she has or attempt to do business her again. In her correspondence after the fact which was text, she addressed me as if I was the buyers agent and kept referring to me as your buyer!?! What? I was the buyer and was being represented by an agent. She didnt even realize who she talking to. Most unfortunate and bizarre experience as a purchaser in all my business years.
