        Maria should not be allowed in management. Her customer skills are terrible, very rude to say the least. She is a very disrespectful person especially at the window. Literally will laugh in your face if you complain about something. My wife and sister in law typically go there daily to get iced coffees and pay extra for Caramel Drizzle on the cup. They'll make it right unless Maria is there, you'll get told "take it or leave it." While she laughs at you. She needs to be fired. Disgusting behavior to say the least. She acts like an overgrown child...
