Called to get a part and they said it should be in stock. Came by from Dalton and they were closed. Called back and guy said someone should be there but he must have had to leave. He said he would call and find out. He never called back. I finally called and he said he never got ahold of him. I'll never try here again. What a waste of my time. Total disrespect in my mind.

My name is Ramon, I Visited Monday morning the day after New Year.... I needed a MOTOR COUPLER which he did have in stock. It was very humbling to see his daughters there with him, reason being he was in a wheelchair due to a operation he went thru.
The customer service was very pleasant and very polite. I am very pleased, and I will be doing more business with this Business if I ever need to DIY Repair any of my appliances in the future and recommend it to anyone and everyone. Service: Washer/dryer repair

Honestly, if you just need a part for something common it may be worth stopping here but your going to pay a little more than average. Customer service is... non existent. He's always on the phone. Literally. You eventually just have to interrupt him. Does not care how long you wait. Bonus points for him claiming to be getting something in later that day. 4 days later... Same story... Same results... I gave him two stars just because he did answer the phone when I called all 4 days.

It was a simple repair. A part was ordered before it could be completed however. The repair folks were on time and polite enough. I think as with most of these appliance repairs, for what was required the charge was excessive.
