Contacted them with quote information and they never reached back out. Been about three days now. They also have no active people to answer the phone, so I was never able to reach anyone after several emails and calling. Edit to the response: I appreciate you responding,but a bit upset it takes leaving a negative review to get a response. I have thankfully already found a quote elsewhere, I appreciate the attempt but it is just a bit too late. Thanks anyway. Edit 2: Edited some info above cause I got my timeline a little screwy. They contacted me and let me know what I wanted wasn't what they specialized in, so I had to look elsewhere, but customer service was good.

Elvir was one of the best individuals at a vendor that I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he meet our last minute needs to have a full size trade show banner created and shipped within a day, but he followed the delivery of it over the weekend on non-work hours to assure I received it in time. He provided a level of customer service that I cannot find anywhere else. I will continue to use SameDay Printing because of Elvir's service and interactions. Thank you!!

Excellent Service! Had an issue locating a package over a holiday weekend and the team responded quickly and got the issue resolved within hours. Print quality is excellent.
