      image This is a good JC Pennys to shop for clothes. My husband found a good suit for a special event perfect in size. We had an unexpected issue with our JC PENNYS card and Ms. ERICA s customer service went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with promptness, skillfullness and efficiency.
