        If zero stars could be given I would give zero not because the person that did my taxes wasnt nice because Simone was its just the fact I was charge about 1000 just to submit my federal taxes they told me they couldnt submit my state taxes until I paid an additional $70 Im not even getting 100 back in state so why am I being charged a fee to submit my state and they just charged around 1000 for my federal it didnt make sense so I talk to a supervisor and he reassured me I didnt have to pay but still the local office refused to submit my state until I paid the $70 extra bucks I will never use them again
