        My husband and I were on a really tight schedule this morning for our move. Arrived to find out truck being given to someone that just walked in off the street. They didnt book it and was still given to him right in front of us, despite us having booked it ahead of time. We were sent to another location that had no signage or way of knowing it had Uhauls and took us another 15 minutes, to run into 2 different buildings to ask where it was, just to find it. Needless to say our whole day just got completely messed up.

        Very helpful and accommodating. Over the phone reservation was great as well as office visit.

        DO NOT use this location to return uhaul trailers. They charged me $35 to return a car hauler when I did the return on the Uhaul app that was supposed to be free. Return at the Burnt Hickory RD BP instead!!!!
