Frank did a great job outlining the options and associated costs with the Soffit, Facia and Gutter Work I needed done. Additional repairs were discovered as the job progressed and Frank explained the additional cost involved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Frank and his crew for your roofing repair project as good contractors are hard to find these days!

Used this company to replace my roof in mid 2019. A days after the new roof was installed, shingles started coming off on one section, called Frank and he had it taken care of but 2 years later, I am still having the same issue. I needed new wildlife gutter guards and had professional come and install them. That's when I realized the roof is missing drip edge which is causing issues. I tried calling Frank with the number in the company and the number is now disconnected. The website has also been removed. After quick search, I found Frank number and called him so that he can help thinking, 'I am covered after all the roof is under warranty'. He said he do not work for Frank Roofing anymore and that he cannot help me. After pushing him, he said he is now retired, although he only pick up phone for a different company 'Guardians Of The Gutters'. What a shame!! Do not be fooled.. Service: Roof installation

UPDATED REVIEW: I had originally given this company a 5 out of 5, but I needed to adjust my review given current issues. We had Frank out to look at what I thought was a leaky roof. After a very quick inspection, he told us our problem wasn't our roof but the gutters. Frank and his team ended up replacing the whole gutter system with downspouts and custom-fabricated gutter covers to stop water from getting in our house - this installation was quick and went well. HOWEVER, 2 weeks after installation we got our first real rainstorm - not only did the new gutters not fix the leak, it made the leak WORSE. I called Frank, and he sent some guys to look at my roof again. Thats when they told me that they dont repair cedar shake roofs - AFTER telling me my roof was fine and AFTER installing a new gutter system. Frank then told me that hed call a guy to see if he could find someone to help me with my cedar roof - and then I never heard from him again. Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection
