        Do not rent for raintree  properties ......the worst ever landlord ......a slum  lord..... if something.......tears up and when you can and tell them they tell you it's your fault .... and Brandi will tell you she will put in a work order be any thing doesn't get fixed ......... the place where I was at should be Condemned .... the place was infested with roaches and rats .... and I know other people that rent for rain tree and the have the same problems with roaches and bed bugs.... you call them to about the roaches and rats .... Brandi just tell you to buy some rat traps and buy spray........
