Went to Walmart health center today for my DOT Physical. Very great service. Fast and easy. Not to mention convenient. Will definitely be coming back for my renewal

Man, be very weary of the unprofessionalism and mindlessness. I went to take a drug screen for what's probably the best paying clock-in job I've ever had. Everything went smooth, although they seemed a little cold, but I was there to be in and out for a purpose so I didn't mind. Took the test, signed my receipts, and went on about my day. Waited forever for a call back from the company who sent me for a drug screen. When I did receive an email a week later, this past Thursday, I called my recruiter and she explained that the clinic reported that I refused the test. I had to dig up the receipt to send to her and the HR team, and was told she would get it situated and that they've had communication problems with this Walmart Health, QUEST, in the past. I was supposed to be starting orientation tomorrow (Monday), but now I have to sit and hope they can squeeze me in for the following week, all because these people couldn't simply pass my test results on to where they were supposed to go. How is there a control number on the receipt AND in their computer system, and they still report a refusal?! That's just sorry and lazy. According to the rest of the reviews, this place should be either shut down or undergoing a new restaffing process. Mistakes in the medical field aren't as forgiving as this place acts like they are. I'm posting this review AND I'm going to ask them about this in-person tomorrow, I need answers.
