Lance came out last July to help with my AC. Even though he squeezed me in at the end of the day, he was able to quickly ID the issue and replace my capacitor first thing the next morning. I appreciate the extra mile he took to ensure I was back up with AC as quickly as possible. I requested new service yesterday and they were able to come out early this morning and get me back up with my AC. Joe and Cameron were awesome. Once again, B&L explained everything clearly and were patient with my questions. They were also able to install my Google nest thermostat that I had previously purchased through GA Power. I was too nervous to do it myself. It's been left in a box since November. Ha! Great service. Much appreciated! Will continue to be a customer with this excellent team.

First time having B&L come out and very happy with everything. Riley was very knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind that I was asking a ton of questions. My issue ended up being a simple fix but I would definitely use them again.

We can't thank them enough for all their help. Our home warranty company is terrible (BBB complaint in process) but their office staff was on top of it and their field techs did a great job.

There seems to be a trend with the poor reviews of this company. Apparently they have an issue working accounts submitted via home warranty organizations. I have been waiting sinceMarch to have my a/c units repaired. The technician who came out took a part and never returned. Not to mention that they requested another service request be submitted due to the assignment "being so old" which was caused by their own delays because they not follow up with the authorizations department. This is a very terrible organization. The girl who answers (or doesn't answer) the phone Brittany is a huge problem as well. I would recommend people try to fix the issue themselves before ever recommending this company. Let me not forget that I have a leak that they did not even mention needed repair. The technician came to my house two times without actually fixing anything or making the appropriate recommendations. I'm also submitting something to the BBB and anywhere else I can shout it from the rooftop because people should be made aware to stay clear. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
